Application Form

Please note, this form is to apply for Hebrew School of the Arts, once accepted you will receive a short registration form for applicant’s information (including emergency contact information) and payment plans.

Sundays, 10:00am - 11:45am. Snack will be served.

Early Bird discount: 5% off until Wednesday, June 28th

Annual Tuition: $925 per child. Includes registration and fees. Sibling discount is 5%. Tuition can be paid annually or quarterly. No child will be turned away due to lack of funds, contact us for scholarship information.
